Full width fabric may be slit to any width required, either cold cut or fuse cut to prevent raveling. Fabric rolls may be made into sheets with the tolerances required for offset printing.Our specially designed slitting machines have the capability of slitting fabrics up to 72" wide and slitting to any width required. The slit fabrics may be wound on rolls having a 1-1/2" ID or 3" ID core in any length putup required. All woven and nonwoven narrow fabrics may be cut to length either cold or fused. The cutting angle may be varied and may be straight, angle/angle, angle/straight or trapezoid. Lengths can be as short as 1/2" to as long as 100" inches. Cut pieces can have a pressure sensitive backing applied in any location, continuously or spot applied. Any size holes or cutouts can be die-cut in any location. | |
